Think about it. What role do you wish to fulfill? Is there a specific task that you wish to pursue or complete? Regardless of potential goals, we are all required to live and work; whether it’s a physical job, chores around the house, even picking something up off of the floor or reacting to a dangerous situation. Our bodies are made to move. Fitness is about being able to do these things to the best of our abilities and have a strong foundation that we can then build upon, any way we individually desire. It’s you vs you. Become the best version of yourself.

You choose your own fitness; It isn't any specific workout routine or diet plan. It’s being prepared for your life and whatever it throws at you. Fitness is not a chore; it’s your lifestyle, it doesn’t need to be the same as anybody else's. More importantly, if pursuing this “better you” or a specific goal brings you positive benefits and progresses you forward (this is guaranteed) it will bring stillness to your mind. A clear head gives you room for obstacles to be conquered, opportunities to grow, and contentment to be reached. Happiness is the ultimate goal. We make our own happiness; we choose our own fitness. Fitness is for everyone.

My goal for you is to be able to move through daily life freely, efficiently, confidently and pain free. I created New Generation Wellness to bring light to the fact that fitness should be free from negative stress. Simply put, it should be FUN. It should be whatever the hell makes you feel good. Master your own body and never compare. The beginning is always today.

Growing up I faced many challenges that I was able to overcome through fitness. Being full of energy throughout my youth, I experienced many issues with focusing during school and constantly getting in trouble. Fitness was the answer, my first outlet being sports. The amount of energy and focus required was exhausting and I found that this physical excursion quieted my mind and I loved it. It changed me drastically and school became less confusing. If I went too long without exercise or practice, I could feel tension build and begin to cloud my head. My need and interest in fitness then led me to college. School still seemed pointless to me, but with sports I found my place.

As I moved through school I became very aware of how nutrition affected my mind and body as well. I also realized sports weren’t going to be there forever but they did open a new door, the gym. This new outlet of wellbeing and my curiosity towards both nutrition and exercise finally gave school purpose for me and I found an area of study I was interested in. After another year with a major I actually enjoyed, there was still no clear path. Already working as a personal trainer, my knowledge of the human body and how it worked grew rapidly. I decided to go for it, job after job, lesson after lesson, I developed a background in many areas including nutrition, supplementation, physical therapy, workout routines, yoga, meditation, and overall bodily functions. I pride myself for trying to be as well rounded as possible in order to serve all of those in need.

My passion for health and wellbeing is why I created New Generation Wellness. My hope is to not only give value to those watching, listening and training; but to inspire people to push their limits and become the best version of themselves. Fitness is a lifestyle that will benefit everyone individually, while in return creating a better world to live in and grow. Master your own body and never compare. The beginning is always today..
